Pajama Bedtime Stories – Every Tuesday: 6:45 pm
Join us for this fun preschool program where we will help you build early literacy skills with your child by reading, talking, singing and playing together. Wear your snazziest pajamas and bring your stuffed animal. Adults must stay for the program. Suitable for ages 18 months – 7.

‘Tween Scene is Back!! Make sure to register for this fun afternoon of activities, crafts & conversation! Suitable for Ages 7 – 12. Last Thursday of the month. Space is limited! Registration before the last Tuesday of the month at 7:30 is required, unless otherwise noted

NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) – Come Write In – Bruce County Public Library recognizes all accomplished and budding authors in our communities. To support all local writers, we have registered as an official “Come Write In” space. Take advantage of our work tables, printing and photocopying services, free Wi-Fi and connect with other writers at the library.

Veteran’s Week – Postcards for Peace
November 5-11 is a week to recognize the sacrifices of our Veterans. Please visit your local library branch for displays and to fill in a Postcard for Peace. Your postcard message will be sent overseas as an appreciation to those Canadians currently in service.

Make that stack of home movies you’ve been meaning to digitize this fall’s project! The Conversion Station located at Port Elgin Branch Library allows you to convert your VHS, vinyl records and slides to digital. Please call 519-832-2201 to book a time.
